Inner Peace, Wave 3 "The Power to Inspire"

First, I want you to see this video, so you can get my point correctly !!

Children See... Children Do

It's a Fact that any person's behavior is mainly affected by his Parents. Kids imitate without thinking about being wrong or right. 

Sometimes we feel that our parents weren't children before but they were children, and it can be easily inferred that they were also Copying Machines  from their parents, and so on. But WHY? Don't these people have minds to use?? Why they're following the same way of their Parents??

I'll always believe in the old saying:

"اقلب القدرة علي فمها, تطلع البنت لأمها"

On the other hand, why do some people hate their Parents TOTALLY, and wish to do every thing that opposes their Parents?




When I asked myself this question, I felt the most convenient answer was "Respect". It's about putting someone in a certain position whether it was Totally Respected or Humiliated, it's your decision even to respect or to humiliate, and to be respected or humiliated.


The Power to Inspire comes from Highly Respected & Respecting relationships. It's a relation built on both terminals to respect each others. When you meet new different people, don't you feel that some of them have to be Respected? Although you've never talked with. You can just see it in his eyes, you can see the power, but when a friend tells you how loser he is, you know he's just faking it.

People may feel you Powerful and in total Control, but sadly a friend tells them that you're not that powerful, and sadly this friend is You.

If you want to let people feel your Power, you must feel it yourself and believe that you GOT IT, not just faking it.

Inner Peace, Wave 2 "The Power To Act"

First, I need you to watch this video to get the message clearly.

Wow, that man was totally enraged and of course his Boss will punish him for this action. Will the Boss punish him for this Action, or Reaction. Was that an Action or Reaction? What is the difference between Action and Reaction?


The Difference between the Action and Reaction:
The Action is that behavior you do deliberately, with your own decision, without any external effects pushing you to do so.
The Reaction is the things you do based on previous Actions. Hit me and I'll Hit you. If you didn't, I won't.

From these definitions, you can conclude that:
The office worker had a Reaction, not an Action. Did he really mean to jump on the desk like a monkey and smash all these devices that can cost him a lot of money?
The real Action was done by the first guy by irritating him until he took his Reaction. He did mean to irritate his partner, although he didn't mean to get beaten, but that what happened.

The problem is that the Boss will think the angry man is guilty compared to the first one, he was just kidding with him anyhow.

The Reaction was obvious and unwanted, the Action was unwanted but not obvious, neglected by many.

What is really scary about this is that many of our daily life Actions are Just Reactions, you're just behaving based on previous Actions done in the past days, weeks or even years. 


When you hear that a wife has killed her husband and threw his body to the dogs to eat it, what on Earth will let you do that, especially the one you chose to live with forever unless there were some series of Actions and Reactions made in the past, affecting the Future Actions.

As we say: "القشة التي قسمت ظهر البعير "

With Inner Peace, you can control your emotions though separating between them and your decision. With Inner Peace you can Act, so when people judge on your Actions, they'll judge right because these Actions are YOURS not based on previous Actions and Reactions made by Unkown.

The Action was obvious and wanted and done, the Previous Actions were unwanted, obvious & separated from the situation.

Inner Peace, Wave 1 "The Power To Reflect"

First, I need you to watch these videos to get the message clearly. 

"Inner Peace", that was the lesson the Panda had learnt in its last Adventure in kung-Fu Panda Part 2. Inner Peace means that the body is in a state of peace from inside, so it can concentrate on the outer attacks.

I liked the idea, not because that many don't have any inner peace, but that when the panda had that Inner Peace, it could control the external environment, and defend itself from the Powers that had destroyed a whole town.

Although the Most Common Quote that said: " The best way to Defend is to Attack ", the Panda didn't believe in it. Do we always need to Defend to feel Secure, to feel in Peace?? Do we always Attack anybody we feel that he's an Enemy??

The Panda believed in that one: " The best way to Attack is to Reflect Attack, with Inner Peace". With Inner Peace, you can win the fight without starting it or even without thinking about it. You're just in Peace enough to Defend yourself and reflect all the Enemy's Attacks on him.

That's the Point, if you had Inner Peace, you'll live in Outer Peace, and in case that someone Attacked you, he'll be attacking on himself because you're in control enough to reflect all Attack and live in Peace, Outer Peace and Inner Peace !!!

واحد صفر

رقمين قريبين من بعض

لكن يقدروا يوصلوا للسماء مع بعض

لو أفترقوا حينزلوا لقاع الأرض

و تدبل زهرتهم بعد ما كانت ورد

احب اقدملكم الواحد و الصفر

أو الصفر و الواحد

أصلها بتفرق مابينهم

مين قبل مين, و مين أحسن من مين

رغم كل المشاكل دي

الأتنين كانوا مجتهدين, منتجين

كل شوية يكسبوا, و القيمة تزيد

ساعتها بدىء الخلاف, و نار الكبر تئيد

الصفر بيطالب بزيادة في النصيب

الصفر ده قديم, الأول, خبرة

الواحد أتضايق, و اعترض

لأن الصفر مجرد صفر مايساويش

الصفر شايف أن بيه الواحد بقي أقوي

بقي عشرة, مية, ألف, ملايين

الواحد أستغرب جدا, الصفر ضعيف

مليون صفر جنب بعض من غير واحد يسند, يعني صفر

الصفر عنده حق

الصفر هو الأصل

الواحد كمان عنده حق

هو اللي طور و بني نفسه من الصفر

في الحقيقة مفيش أي مشاكل بين الواحد و الصفر, لكن في القصة دي هما رمزان لكل اتنين (أو أكثر) أصدقاء أو زملاء أو أخوات أو زوجين أو بلدين أو حضارتين, أو امبراطيريتين, أو ... علي حسب أنت عاوز تفهمها ازاي.

المشكلة بقي أن الأتنين مختلفين بس متناسقين, و ده سبب نجاحهم.

في الصفر: الأصل, ده أول واحد جه, و الأكثر خبرة لكن منغير فعل علشان كده فضل مكانه

في الواحد: الجديد, ده اللي طور و جدد من نفسه, و ساعد الصفر أنه يكون ملايين

المشكلة تظهر لما كل واحد يقارن نفسه بصفر, أو العكس. ساعتها حيقارنوا بين وجودهم مع بعض أو لوحدهم.
لما تحس أن شريكك شبه الصفر, ده مش عيب لأنه ممكن يكون قديم أكثر منك, بس خبرة. و لما تحس أنك صاحب الأفضال علي الواحد, لأ الواحد تعب و اجتهد علشان يطور بس نعمل في حسابنها برضو أنه بني من الصفر !!!

تفضل إيه؟؟

الواحد ولا الصفر

أختار مكانك و حافظ عليه
مهما كان واحد ولا صفر
المهم أنك تتفوق فيه
الأرقام الصحيحة أفضل من الكسور.

The Bus

Before you start to read, I'd like to ask you some questions:

Have you ever heard about a Bus with two drivers??

Have you ever seen a Bus that goes two different destinations at the same time??

The right answer is "No I don't"

You may find my questions weird but actually they are not...

Believe it or not...

Some buses are forced to reach to more than one destination at the same time. Some buses have two drivers.

There are some buses have no driver at all.

Can you imagine that???

Now let's talk about these buses. The bus here is the symbol of any organization or any projects or any team we work with.

First... How can you drive a bus for two places in the same time:

The bus can drive you anywhere you want, but one place per drive. You can't reach the two destinations at the same time with one bus. It may be possible with two or three buses, but you know that the number of buses is connected with Responibilities, Resources, Effort and Time... etc.


The Hedgehog and the Fox Is the article title which was written by Isaiah Berlin

He divided the world into hedgehogs and foxes. The fox knows many things, but the hedgehog knows one big thing. The fox is a cunning creature, able to devise a myriad of complex strategies for sneak attacks upon the hedgehog. Day in and day out, the fox circles around the hedgehog's den, waiting for the perfect moment to pounce. Fast, sleek, beautiful, fleet of foot, and crafty-the fox looks like the sure winner.
The hedgehog, on the other hand, is that creature looking like a genetic mix-up between a porcupine and a small armadillo. He waddles along, going about his simple day, searching  for lunch and taking care of his home.The fox waits in cunning silence at the juncture in the trail. The hedgehog, minding his own business, wanders right into the path of the fox. "Aha, I've got you now!" thinks the fox. 
He leaps out, bounding across the ground, lightning fast. The little hedgehog, sensing danger, looks up and thinks, "Here we go again. Will he ever learn?" Rolling up into a perfect little ball,  the hedgehog becomes a sphere of sharp spikes, pointing outward in all directions. The fox, bounding toward his prey, sees the hedgehog defense and calls off  the attack. Retreating back to the forest, the fox begins to calculate a new line of attack.
Each day, some version of this battle between the hedgehog and the fox takes place, and despite the greater cunning of the fox, the hedgehog always wins. 

As you can see, the Fox was more predicted to win the fight, due to his intelligence, but he didn't. Because he was attacking a Hedgehog, despite having only one defensing tool, but it works perfectly!!!

Second... How can a bus possess two drivers or even none:


Passengers can see another one of them who can drive the bus, and lead their way out to their destination, beside the old driver.


How Come? How can you have two drivers at the same time?? How can you have two leader for the same team?? Which direction will people accept and walk through??

N.B: Leader here means the character which take the whole team to achieve one target/vision/dream, not just being visionary, or risk-takers.
This video can illustrate more my point of view

In some other buses, passengers may agree about having no driver at all, they think they can deal with it by shifting with each other. Alright, let's think objectively and write the Pros & Cons

The Pros:

• Fair enough
• No one will be that Dictator or Tyrant
• Resultant Decisions will be taken
• Investment

The Cons.

• Some passengers can't drive
• Investment comes with trial and error, do you want to expose yourself to risks of high errors all the time
• Inconsistent, as you're shifting from one point of view to another in a few time.
• Experience takes time, lots of time.

The Great Bus is well known with its consistency, never had an accident before, never broke down before.

Compare the driving ability between the main bus driver and the Passengers. Who has the bigger probability to screw up? Who has the experience?

So if you want to drive a bus faster than any other bus before:

1. Define the Only Driver
2. Define the Only Destination

If you want to go to another destination besides the first,

If you want to have another driver besides the first,

GO but with another Bus please

Imagine if your mother had born a twin, you and you brother, and your family was very happy with you two babies :)

So, let's just get based with some facts, like:
If you are living for money, others will take after you
If you are living for luxury, you'll lose it once you die


Yes, I know that There are things that will give you some credit after death.

"Why Do I Live Here, Right Now, In this Place, with these People, with these Resources?"
I've asked myself this question millions and millions


Many people did solve this Mystery and answer this question
Actually, I would give them A+ on their solutions


They said: " لقد خلق الإنسان لإعمار الأرض "
Reconstruct the World
I think you agree with me that this is the right answer, don't you?

But...

The answer wasn't the problem.
It was the Huge Difference between the answer, and what we're really doing right now.


Let me ask you some questions:

• Can wasting time on TV help you to Reconstruct the World?
• Can chatting on msn, facebook, or whatever help you to Reconstruct the World?
• Can playstation, pc games help you to Reconstruct the World?
• Can COPYING all your reports help you to Reconstruct the World?
• Does CHEATING in exams help you to Reconstruct the World?

I don't Care what grade you'll achieve, or what position you'll take through cheating. But copying reports or cheating in exams may cause you lose the biggest gift from Allah

Your Mind

Cheating helps you lose confidence in your own ability to solve the question
Cheating helps you to depend more on your partners abilities not yours
Some people may share Exams (for example, Kda Reda). But this will make you a partially tested, as there are other partners.


Yes, if you're used to cheat in any exam, you'll live in your life like a dependent PARASITE
If the surroundings succeeded you'll succeed, if not you'll fail...


And that's Just the opposite side of LEADERSHIP...
Leadership is being independent, is to lead others, not just follow.

You won't feel the Beauty of Accomplishing Success in getting Grades with your own efforts

Whether they were high or low

You won't feel the Beauty of LEADERSHIP

You won't feel the Beauty of FAILURE

“The only real failure in life is the failure to try.”

The principle is that you are learning from faults
If you're not making mistakes by cheating the solutions perfectly
You won't learn
You won't develop


But Mind Always develop
It's a fact, it's Human Nature
So it will develop in the Negative Way
You will get more experience in how you can LOSE YOUR POWERS

It's the Beauty of Your OWN Success
